iCloud Drive Sync Delay on iOS 18.4 and later

Changes in iOS 18.4 cause a significant delay in iOS syncing updates to iCloud Drive made on other devices (from seconds to tens of seconds or minutes).

SamuraiSafe will display the spinning progress indicator for an updated safe from the moment a change is notified by iCloud until the update is fully received. Previously this intermediate state lasted less than a second (dependent on network properties).

Release 1.7.17 of SamuraiSafe restores rapid update times on iOS 18.4 (and later).
